These last few modules have been very enlightening for me. I learned quite a bit about budgeting my money and how much things will cost when I start living on my own. The costs were higher than I expected so it was good to get a real taste of reality. I also learned a lot about the application process for college and the different ways to receive financial aid. This will be extremely helpful for me because that part of my life is quickly approaching and I have to start making major decisions about colleges and the financial aid process.
I have known what college might be best for me and have been thinking about what I would like to study for years now. I am finally starting the process where I can solidify these decisions and everything I learned in these modules will help me make educated decisions that will benefit me in the future.

Reflection (modules 1-2-3)

I have learned quite a bit so far during the duration of this CCE class. Module one taught me a lot about careers and the important factors that everyone should take into account when deciding what career suits them best. It opened my eyes to factors that I hadn't fully considered such as practicality, "will this job be relevant in five years?". I hadn't thought about that aspect of the decision making process because it doesn't seem like something that is likely to happen but in reality many jobs are being created and destroyed every year.
Module two taught me a lot about myself and what I am like as a person. I learned about how I learn and visualize things, seeing things helps me learn and large discussions are a good academic outlet for me. This will help me in the future when trying to create structure in my classes and deciding which educational environments I want to be in.
Module three has helped me realize what my goals are and how important setting goals will be to my future. I've learned a lot about how I will be able to achieve success and about the people that will need to be involved to help me achieve that success.
Overall these modules have taught me a lot about building my future and achieving success where it is important to me.
